Our products
Labels are produced on top-quality weave looms with satin weave. Weave fineness is 120×60 interlacing points on 1×1 sqcm. Labels are woven using hair-thin fabric. 10 000 m of fabric only weighs 70 grams! Labels will be produced exactly according to your requirements and the design supplied by you. Send us your logo either by e-mail, or better yet, using our order system, and we will process the logo according to your wish. The maximum dimension is 200×200 mm.
We can produce custom products in various variations. We will surely satisfy even the most demanding customers.

Label sorts
Wowen labels
- Labels are produced on top-quality jacquard loom machines
- Labels can contain up to eight colours.
- Label width ranges from 1 cm to 20 cm.
- Label length ranges from 1 cm to 1000 cm.
- Each colour is either selected from our pattern book consisting of 150 shades, or we can produce a custom-made shade.
- Standard longitudinal fabric density is 56 or 112 fabrics per centimetre.
- Standard transverse fabric density is 35 or 80 fabrics per centimetre.
- Minimum run size is 100 pieces.
- Based on mutually approved graphic design, the customer can ask for the production of 1 sample piece for each design free of charge in case the future order of that design exceeds 1000 pieces.

- Printed labels are produced using thermal transfer technology.
- The print quality is 300 dpi.
- We print on black and white material.
- The material is glazed nylon.
- White tape can be imprinted using black, blue, light blue, red, pink, yellow, green and gold paint.
- Black tape can be imprinted using white, gold, silver and grey paint.
- Coloured tapes can be imprinted using any contrast paint.
- The label price is 0.001 €/cm2 for a black-and-white label
- Durability
- All materials are resistant to standard washing in automatic washing machines.
- Tested resistance is 250 washing cycles. At the mentioned load, the fading rate is 20%.
